Cancellation Policy

Party Payment:
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reserving any party date. Your deposit will be deducted from your party package at time of checkout. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Sorry, no personal checks.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to change the party package or date, we allow one complimentary change up to eight (8) days before the day of your party. If you are moving your party time or date within eight (8) days of your party, your original deposit will transfer to your new reserved time or date. If you cancel or reschedule you party after the eight (8) day policy you will be charged fifty percent (50%) of your party package. Please note your party must be rescheduled within three (3) months of the original party date. If you change your party date or time beyond the one time complimentary change allowance, there will be a $50.00 rescheduling fee for each additional change.

However if you cancel your party within three (3) days of your party, you will be charged the price of your party package in full. Sorry, no exceptions. Party cancellations or rescheduling are not accepted by voice mail or e-mail. Any future booking will require a new non-refundable deposit.

Please remember no outside food, balloons (may not be available due to global helium shortage), ice cream,
or piñatas are allowed in the facility.
Also there is no re-entry onto the Swings N Things Showroom Area.
